This was such a fun wedding to photograph, the start of the day really set a precedence, as Alex and is mates were all looking a bit worse for wear after drinking too much the night before. A few steady ones obviously took a downward spiral. But needless to say, they bounced back, with the help of a few eye patches, to hide the dark circles under their eyes, and started to look like they were about to attend a wedding.
Luckily Katie and her friends were all looking a lot less fragile (or they were just better at hiding it) as they got ready in the bridal suite at Swancar farm.
It was a really fun wedding to photograph, and I could tell that Katie and Alex had some amazing friends that they were really close to. This made the whole day really fun, especially when everyone let the hair down on the dancefloor in the evening. So many funny photographs of people just enjoying themselves and having a great time, which to me is the most important ingredient a wedding.
