Now there are DIY weddings but Charley and Andy's DIY wedding was on a whole new level. There was just such amazing amount of attention to detail it was crazy. Attention to detail in a good way too, that just makes everyone have an amazing time.
It was pretty high risk too with it being an outdoor wedding, literally, everything was out in the open, if it had rained, it would have been a very different wedding. But they took a risk, and it paid off. It has to be one of the most memorable weddings I have ever photographed. It was made to replicate a festival and it did just that, there were even catering vans from festivals, glitter bars, plastic cups.
One of the best bits was a very heartfelt ceremony delivered by Louise from Kickass weddings. I remember at the time of the ceremony looking at a very dark cloud hovering right over us, it was a bloody miracle it didn't hammer it down.
The whole wedding was just such a blast, I literally didn't want to go home it was so good.
